Doc Green’s owners Scott and Tammi Kuthan certainly know how to get their customers to eat their vegetables. They start with only the freshest produce and protein, add a dollop of innovation and finish with a pinch of friendly service. They take great pride in serving healthy gourmet cuisine to their guests but remind customers that they can always splurge a little for that “healthy as you wanna be” experience.

Scott Kuthan grew up in the restaurant business, working for his parents in their family business. Tammi Kuthan easily adapted to the restaurant environment and kick-started the catering business for Doc Green’s. They make a great team, learning and growing together. Established in 2005, Doc Green’s continues to expand bringing their fresh, gourmet concept to new cities, opening their first Kansas City, KS location in October 2019.

OUR MISSION IS TO SERVE FRESH FOOD FOR THAT HEALTHY AS YOU WANNA BE EXPERIENCE.

Their menu ranges from succulent salads, wraps and sandwiches to everyone’s favorite comfort food entrees. With a variety of sides, including grilled zucchini and squash or mac and cheese the options are endless at Doc Green’s. Cookies and brownies may serve as the perfect ending to the “guilt-free” Doc Green’s experience.
